I see a lot of familiar handles here.  New to this forum, have a Traeger Texas for about three years.  Bradley puck smoker before that.  Still use my gasser.  My favorite cooks are slow smoked salmon, turkey legs and tri tip.  Of course I'm still perfecting brisket, ribs and pulled chuck roast.

Welcome, DK.  I should have rebuilt my Vermont Castings grill rather than replacing it with another gasser.
