It would be a lot more appealing if the brisket didn't look so "dry"!!  They could use some lessons from a few around here!!

Hard to tell from a picture...i have had brisket that looked like it would be dry that was great - and brisket that looked great - but was over-cooked....

pictures can be deceiving.  below is one that i cooked and used butcher paper.  IMO in the picture it looks dry, it was anything but dry.  Thanks for the article btw
