« Reply #-1 on: January 28, 2013, 06:30:47 PM »
Hello I am fairly new to smoking in general. I received my smoker two years ago. Smoked every weekend and sometimes during the week. Took last year off a little lite on the wallet. I am coming back this year and can't wait. My job is a delivery driver and my work just started to sell meats. With my employee discount should be a smoke filled year. I am in the process of having my wife OK the A-Maz-N smoker. I am almost close to the OK that will be awesome already know my first smoke with the A-Maze-n smoker some bleu cheese. mmmmmm then Hot Peppers and fruit for homemade hot sauces.

Welcome from mid Alabama. An employee discount on meat is a good deal, now if you could get a side job driving a beer truck you would be set.
