We have a ceramic cookers section - tho I think it needs a "leader member" to really bolster it...And - LA ( Lost Arrow) has a faux ceramic cooker - that uses the same shape and principles...so the advice and recipes should all be interchangeable...

Folks - srl ( Steve) and I have been friends for a long time. He is truly one of the nicest guys you will ever met. (Because his wife Ginger - keeps him in line ;D )

He also owns what MUST be the world's largest Yellow Lab ...interestingly named Tucker ( thanks Steve...I know you think a of of me to name a dog after me... :D

Welcome to LTBBQ!

I can't tell you any specific kamado recipes, but AFAIK there's at least one BGE recipe book.

Ooops, I just found out, that I do have that BGE recipe book, but never had a look at it until right now. :o

Sent you a pn, srl... ;)

Thanks for the warm reception. Just roasted a whole chicken on the egg. It was very tender and juicy. Used some of Mr. Tucker's seasoning. It was delicious. I will keep you posted.   :)
