Been cooking mainly on charcoal & my 300lb stash was gone ???
Bought 2 (17 ) lb bags from Acadamy @ retail  :-[
Local grocery has first charcoal sale of the year  ;D
36 lbs ( rebranded Royal Oak ) for $8.00.
I' ll pick up a couple hundred pounds to last till Memorial Day!

Nice price!  I need to find a sale like that.  I normally go with the 2X20 "blue" packs that Lowe's and Home Deopt sell.  For $20, they are a decent everyday value, and after years of using it... I know the flavor profile and burn at least.

If I need charcoal I just go to Smoke's house and grab a few bags from his backyard. Besides I don't even think he will notice since he is now a pellet man ;)
