I normally just like a little minced horseradish on the side and when I can find it in the stores British HP Sauce.

A properly prepared and seasoned steak don't need no stinkin' steak sauce ;)
Agreed... I almost left the wife the last time I made her beef tenderloin steaks and she smothered it in A1.. 8)

I got one worse for you guys.... my father in laws eat prime rib or ANY steak for that matter with ketchup!! I just makes me cry when I have to see him do that.   :(

My grandfather was the same way, I saw him throw a tantrum at 90 years old because my mom would not give him any ketchup for his very expensive steak. The man finally got his ketchup :)
