Buffalo Chicken Bake

Started with this..
Mixed up
Diced some taters and mixed into the hot sauce.. reserving as much as I could for later

Pounded and cubed up some chicken breast and marinated in the reserve sauce..

Taters on with some bacon..
Bacon done and chopped...
Taters almost done..
Add the marinated chicken..
After 20mins..
Top with cheese, the chopped bacon and green onions
Another 20 mins.. um goodness right there..
Plated with some salad with blue cheese dressing
Nice and spicy.. and tasty!!
