Leftovers for a quick & easy meal
« Reply #-1 on: March 25, 2013, 12:56:45 AM »
You gotta eat up those leftovers and some days I need something quick and easy. I had 4 slices of stuffed chicken breasts from the freezer and a box of Zatarains yellow rice. These done in my rice cooker would be easy and easy on my wife, recovering from the stomach flu. The rice and water went in the bottom of the rice cooker and the chicken in the top basket. A half hour later supper was ready. A slice of bread and butter and I had some teriyaki sauce on my chicken. We are getting so many fine looking meals done in here it is hard to keep up lately!! Don

The chicken

My Plate

Weber Jumbo Joe Charcoal
Camp Chef Pro 30 gas burner

I am not aging, just marinating
I think I am starting to age!

Looks great. With what were those chicken breasts stuffed? Ground meat or sausage?

They were made from deboning a chicken and making a roll stuffed with just seasoned sausage. Don
