Was thinking I would be a little different.

I ordered this over the winter (still winter here) at this site, http://www.thekansascitybbqstore.com/. I sent it to my parents winter location in AZ. It just showed up.

Rubs


And a grill mat, this one is new me but my Dad brought this from AZ.


I will take any suggestions on how to mix and match sauces and rubs would be greatly appreciated.

Let's see I got the blues hog (great sauce), Carolina Treat (makes a great glue for your ribs), got me some dizzy pig ( nice rub) looks like a great haul there dude!

Nice. I like injecting Carolina Treat in chicken thighs and blasting them in the SRG.

Tried some of those. Just got some blues hog red the other day. Haven't tried it yet.

Great looking choices CDN!! The only one I've tried is Carolina treat and I liked it on Chicken.

Oh yea. That's a load of goodies. I've only tried the CT and JH Brisket Rub. I like them both.
Been hearing (reading) good things about the Blues Hog though.
