« Reply #-1 on: January 13, 2012, 12:53:18 PM »
howdy everyone.  its me, sparky.  i was invited here by art.  seems like alot of ppl i know are already here.  i am using a mak 2 star, two 1 stars and a 49er weber.  i like the idea of turning icky meat into master pieces of goodness.  it fun and relaxing to hang out in the backyard and smoke stuff.  oh, i am pretty good at ribs too.   8)

Welcome brother Sparky!
Sparky has developed quite a reputation for his ribs.  If he develops any hunger pangs, he goes to his friendly butcher and buys more ribs.  He eats more ribs in a month that I would eat in a year.  I wish I was his neighbor, or at least his butcher.  Not counting his own kids, he has probably put one or two of the butcher's kids through school, too.  He is not afraid to experiment with the flavor profiles of his ribs.  And he likes Fat Tire beer!

This is going to be a little odd for me to get used to, as my name is Sparky (last name Sparks).  I chose "Bobo" as a log in name on Sizzle on the Grill when I first signed up because I did not know if I really wanted to join so just picked a random name to remain anonymous and check it out, and it stuck.  Oh well, I will get used to seeing another Sparky :)

Welcome to the BBQ Sparky, from another Sparky  8)
