Hey folks! If anyone is in the area that will pick up KATV Ch 7 in Little Rock, Arkansas. We will be on the early show cooking STEAKS this Thursday. Tune in and watch a fat boy screw up!  :-[ . This will be our 2nd time on this year doing steaks for a promo for competition steak cooking. I'll TRY not to let my old ugly face break the camera!

The "live" steak cooking went great! We got finished around 7:30 AM, drove home ( about an hour) unpacked- repacked, hit the road again. IN Dallas, Tx  before 5 am on Friday. This FAT BOY is wore OUT! Getting ready for the steak cook-off this Saturday!  ???
