Big Hawkeye State(IA) Hello!

I am fairly new to the wonderful world of smoking! 

On a recommendation from Bam1, I decided to join.  I'm looking forward to learning from everyone here and sharing my successes/failures with future smokes.

Little bit about my equipment; I started out with a Charbroil H20 charcoal smoker with pretty good results.  Also, I am using a Masterbuilt electric...makes life easy.  However, I did kind of mess up some ribs in it the other day.  My new pride and joy that I'm waiting on from the dealer, A GMG Daniel Boone.  Can't wait till that bad boy comes in.

Welcome from mid Alabama. I have had a CharBroil H2O electric smoker for around 15 years. Cheap, eazy and turns out some good BBQ.
