Was bored so I thought I'd make Kimmie happy
« Reply #-1 on: June 14, 2013, 11:20:32 PM »
Will be out of work for a bit and was bored + Kimmie was not in the best mood so I thought I would finish the gate she wanted

The fence company wanted over $400 for a gate, to much I said  >:(

Here is the gate I built for her out of a pair of  trellises...

Built the whole thing for $135 + I got a new toy (power drill ;) )  so the total was $237.00

Not a bad deal, Kimmie happy + I got a new toy !!   WIN WIN!!!!!!!!!!!

Tommy you are really good with your hands!

Why don't you show the folks a picture of the giant aquarium you built into your family room wall.

Show off a little... it is ok!

Tommy,  There's some serious money to be made in that ornamental ironwork business.  Look into it.  If you do much research into Charleston, SC you will find there is a waiting list for the ornamental ironwork for gates etc of this one fellow.  I think you could do something similar.  Dee
