How long do uncooked and cooked ribs last in fridge?

Are they cryo-vac - packed? Cryo-vac ribs will keep longer in the fridge.

And...sometimes - your nose is the indicator for whether the meat is still good to cook. If it smells odd - or smells bad - throw it out, don't risk it.

Also if any package is expanded it's bad. When meat starts to spoil gas will be created and expand the packaging. When in doubt throw it out.

The golden rule for leftovers is three to four days. So cooked ribs can be expected to last that long. Now if you vac seal them that time can be much longer. And if you freeze them even more!

Unsealed and uncooked ribs should last 3 to 5 days if fresh. At least that is a guideline. As Tee mentioned your nose will tell you. If it is at all funky smelling than don't chance it.

Too many variables. Butcher might have had it in the display counter for more than one day. Check the label. It should have a use by date on it.

Leftover times are from the day it is cooked.
