Pre smoking country ribs question
« Reply #-1 on: June 30, 2013, 02:34:39 PM »
I was thinking of pre smoking some country style ribs to take to a family cabin on Tuesday.

My plan:

Brine
Glue
Rub
Couple hours of smoke
Foil to finish
Cool
Vac seal ( cuz I can do that now!)

Warm and sauce at the cabin.

This gonna work?

Should be just fine Pappy. You can put a paper towel folded in the front of the meat in the vac seal bag to catch any juices. Too much moisture and you might not get a good seal.
