« Reply #-1 on: February 02, 2012, 11:01:46 PM »
Hi all,

My name is Brad and I am a competitive BBQ'r, Chef and Pitmaster.  In 2010 we went to the Jack and had a great time.  I look forward to going through the posts here and contributing when I can.

Thanks for having me.

Great to have you here Brad! What kind of gear do you cook on? And - if you like you can post pictures of it int he thread "Make you Cooker a Star!"
We have some members here that are KCBS judges, and a few folks that compete - but many of us are backyard cooks for any number of reasons.
But, I believe you will find that their is a wealth of experience on this site - and we look forward to your contributions to the knowledge base as well!

Welcome from middle Alabama. You will be a great source of information I am sure.

What a place, where else can you ask a guy for pictures of his equipment and not worry what you might see.

I will extend a welcome from both TN And KY since I live in one and work in the other, and call both of them home.

So...you are the department translator! Which do you speak natively Bobo...Tennesseean, or Kentuckian? ;D

O.K. Brad - I am ready to see some killer NW style BBQ. And - remember if you are near Seattle - it's your turn to keep CB out of trouble. When he comes South - it's Dee's responsibility.... ;D
