Why I've been practicing on a gasser
« Reply #-1 on: July 06, 2013, 08:42:18 AM »
My wife has a "New Master Plan" :o
Over the next two years we will sell our bigger house in Jackson.
Get a 1 bedroom appt. in New Orleans.
Move into the 2 bedroom condo my son lives in now in Jackson.
First step she rented a appt. in New Orleans & moving in this weekend.
It's a complex, only allows outdoor cooking on the complexes gas grill.
It's a decent Lynx gasser SS grates, searing station etc.
Ill be able to grill, thinking ill bring ribs, butts , partially cooked & smoked for reheating here.

Don't think I could live there -- need smoke!  Good luck with your experiments and keep us posted on how it goes.

Are you able to at least use an Amazn smoker to put inside the gasser to add smoke?

You are not going to like this, Man! Dude! Whatever.

I suggest that you find yourself something around 45, blond, very pretty, good strong legs and no cellulite, and peaking sexually. I can assure you that you will be "smokin" on a regular basis doing what you want to do. LOL.

Life is short, then you die.

Live it the way you want.

You can still do somewhat low and slow ribs. Use offset heat and amazn smoke tube.  Can do ribs that way. Butts you can do for the smoke part and then transfer to your oven.
