Got A Techy Question

My mom lives in Calif and has a laptop with windows 7. She aint very comp savvy and having some issues.

Is there a program that we can get so i can access and fix her issues using my comp here in Ga? (free is its out there)

TeamViewer.com. I use it all the time. You can have her go to the website and launch the quick program, then install the whole program on her computer  so you can access whenever needed.

Rick, Both computers need the TeamViewer software.  The host computer (mom) will find an ID # and password # when they open the program.  She will give you the ID # and you will enter the ID # and check the "take control"  You will then be able to see her screen and move the mouse.  It is just like you are in front of her computer.  You may find it slow depending on the internet speed that you and she has.  But it will allow you to help her.  Good luck.
