Chicken Nachos
« Reply #-1 on: July 24, 2013, 07:48:31 PM »
Ok guys and gals I was a beef nacho man forever. My wife who eats chicken daily asked me to try chicken and I was amazed. Chicken rules because it really soaks up the sauce and is much more tender. Try it and I think you will agree. Here we go.

Neighbor brought some home grown tomato’s and jalapenos over so gonna use those.

Some onion, jalapeno and garlic till tender add the ground chicken. Add the sauce. Cook till reduced.

Let’s get them ready for the wonder oven. Chips, Chicken and cheese.

Into the microwave on defrost setting for three minutes, your time may vary. Just always use defrost so the cheese does not separate.

Add toppings. The tomatoes, sour cream and green onions.

That’s what I’m talking about

Enjoy!
