Time for brunch tacos! It is raining today, and we're having a wonderfully cozy time within the gazebo - what a perfect day! I was planning to do a packer brisket, but became a bit lazy after the festivities yesterday
We used the pressure cooked pork, black beans, and homemade chile sauce from the pizza party yesterday (Sunday)
Here we're heating the pork and black beans on cast iron, while the corn tortillas are warming on the grill along side the small pot of chile sauce
Both me and the missus love spice so we loaded up the tacos with pork, beans, and plenty of chile sauce
Here's my plate - along with the black beans, pork, and chile sauce, we topped with lettuce and queso fresco - I like food
What a perfect day! Guests are gone, and it is now quiet - but we feel really good that we were able to offer our friends the good food and good times yesterday - today is also a relaxing day with time in the hot tub (private time, no pics
