Greatly enjoyed all the pics!  Sorry I couldn't have been there.  Did manage to feed 250 on Sunday, though  ;D

Hub,
We missed you.  Glad your cooking commitment went well.  Next year, if you have to, invite your friend along.  That way he will not schedule something else for you to do.

Sometime after we return from out trip, we can schedule a lunch with the NC Crew and I will bring the Super Pig Mini-Cheesecakes.  You bring your cardiologist.

BTW, I bought a bottle of Bakon bacon flavored vodka while in Augusta.  It is even better when you store it in the freezer before partaking.

If you make a martini with bacon flavored vodka, do you garnish it with a twist of bacon?  A Lil' Smoky?  An ABT?

I guess this will require more research on my part.  I'll report my findings at a later date.

Can anyone that was at the gathering (the person that cooked it) help me get the recipe for the roast beef cooked with a tonka.... Something seasoning/ rub?

It was out of this world just like the maple ham!

Thanks

Although Tommy used his crutch, he WAS able to give instructions on how the roast should be prepped and cooked.  I think Mike actually cooked in his Traeger Jr.  It certainly did turn out.

Albert,  We were really glad when Ya'll  showed up!   Your an important part of the family!

I am sooooooo sad!

I decided that I shouldn't come this year.

I so wish I did not have to work to make a living.

I wish I could meet OLD Dave, and maybe others that did not attend last year that are going to be there.

I am blessed to have so many friends even if they are over the forum and I will have to wait to meet in person.

Ta Daaa!  The PBC made it home unharmed as a (lightened) second piece of luggage for $35.  When SWMBO lets me off the green diet I'm currently "enjoying," I'll christen it - possibly with a turkey since I'll probably be eating rabbit food into November.

Thanks again to all.  For those contemplating attending next year, cooking skill is not always required - Pam is looking for several dishwashers to replace her at the sink.
Everyone is entitled to my opinion

Congratulations, Ka Honu! I look forward to seeing what comes off your PBC - I can only imagine! Watching Pam's cooks for the past couple years, I will be more than happy to wash dishes!
