Easily the best ribs that I have ever cooked. Not to slight the chicken, it was very good also.
The best part is that today is my day to work from home, so I may have three meals of leftovers!

Good looking cook. Thanks for sharing it with us. I notice the charcoal basket is "offset" with ribs directly over it and chicken indirect.  Is this common? I have always centered my basket but could be missing something.  Either way, if it works, it's good.
