My favourite meal is Turkey but it has to have real stuffing. I am middle aged (51) and all the people try to feed me stove top or something else. They even fed me a pre-stuffed turkey with the pop out.

Just me but I like the old day better, I like putting extra effort into the things I do. Looks like I will be making the Turkey this year so post away I have lots to learn ;D

I have to be honest here. I did not read this thread from the start, my son is keeping busy enough. But if I had to say one meal of turkey if I did not cook it myself is OK. If I cooked it I could not care less. Guess it has to do all the prep work maybe???

I was surprised at all who think like me and don't care for turkey that much. I like BurntENZ method and will like to see that, deboning and making a roll is the best I have eaten over the years but the ones I had I baked in the oven, will like to see one from a pellet grill. From my records, here are the meats I have cooked over the last 3 years on my Traeger.
Poultry- 50
Pork- 62
beef- 52
Sea Food- 14
Of the poultry only 3 were turkey, pastrami, legs, and one small whole bird.
There were some funny replies too!  ;D Smokin Don
Oh I'll try to keep some non-turkey meals running through the un-read posts!

I am not aging, just marinating
I think I am starting to age!
