BACK AT IT CHICKEN DINNER

Haven't been on for a long while. After finishing school for my new job, I've been doing lots of OJT at work and lots of studying for my Training review board over the plant process so I can be cut loose.
Did a simple PBC yard bird with some red beans and rice. Came out great.
Two birds halved and hung seasoned with

This last pic was uploaded in a different size so I can see the difference on my laptop. I'm using tapatalk and it gives me 3 options for size.

Thanks for looking. I got a pork butt waiting for an overnight stay in my Traeger. Will post thread tomorrow.
