Fresh pastrami today

Cured for 4 days, smoked in my Bradley till 165 0 steamed for an hour, chilled overnight and sliced up today. I have a packer brisket I trimmed today, cure applied and will be pastrami in 4 days. Gonna give some of that to some friends for the holidays
