Smoked store bought corned beef Reubens

We did a couple of corned beef flats the other day, and are now enjoying a few Reuben sandwiches, on pumpernickel rye, home made sauce, Swiss, and of course sauerkraut (store bought)

We did two corned beef flats on the Traeger using hickory - yes, my wife is in charge of the dressing, which was really simple - mayonnaise, little mustard, diced pickles, little horseradish, and a dash of the pickle juice.

Thanks folks!

Made a slightly different sandwich yesterday - same rye, but topped with Rustique Camembert and a thick pile of the smoked corned beef.  My wife said she liked it better than the Reuben.
