Country style ribs with a Johnny trigg spin
« Reply #-1 on: January 14, 2014, 02:42:03 PM »
Found some country style ribs on sale for $1 a pound, so I picked up a few. I wanted to try the Johnnny Trigg rib method for awhile now. He used a rack, so these CSR were so cheap I thought I would give them a try instead. End results were sweet and tender. My favorite way to do the CSR is like a steak.....no bbq sauce.

Looks great!  I like using country style ribs in the crock pot, but have not tried them grilled yet - now on the list of things to do

Excellent! Looks like the Johny Trigg twist worked nicely.

Did you keep a gun in your boot while cooking these?
