Jan 17 2014

Yesterday when I went through Sandman’s Beer & Wine Depot carry out he told me to stop in today and he would have a sample for me.

I was glad I stopped in; he gave me a big sample, enough for 2 or 3 meals. I heated up a plate of it for my lunch. Was it ever delicious; it had his homemade chorizo, chicken, red & green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and plenty of good cheese. It was a plate full of goodness. I don’t what else he had in it but I hope he will give us the recipe. The spice and heat from his chorizo made it just right for me.
