Greetings from the frozen tundra...
« Reply #-1 on: January 26, 2014, 08:33:21 PM »
Hello All!

This is Darryl from Wisconsin.  I really enjoy BBQin' and smokin', everything from pizza to ribs.

My equipment:
1. Smokin' It electric smoker - I like this due to it's consistency and not have to tend to it constantly.
2. Traeger Texas Grill - The newest of the bunch.  It's extremely forgiving due to the indirect heat and it's just easy to turn out good food. (Which I think is the point to all this.)
3. A big ol' gasser -  This has taken a back seat since I got the Traeger but I'm finding it hard to part with.

Cheers all and I'm happy to be here!

Darryl
