Tell us a bit about what gear you cook on, where you hail from! We are always interested in how at hers approach outdoor cooking.

I have 2 home made watt burners 1 insulated for year round smokes or can bake in it.
1 smoker for warmer days.
1 homemade pellet pooper.
1 charcoal grill & 1 gas grill that is rarely used.
Have 1 smoker started & 1 in thought process.
I have lots of pics of builds and food.
Just got real busy at work and a lot of this has been put on back burner. hopefully
will have a little more time to enjoy this.

Welcome from Southern California
not complaining about work after being laid off and rehired I am happy to have a job.
Been putting in alot of hours trying to build more into retirement funds.
Every time I think I am close to retirement something goes south.
Time to slow down & get back into food :)
