Been Busy, Things have Changed, Doing Great
« Reply #-1 on: May 11, 2012, 08:05:44 PM »
How can I catch up in a Reader's Digest not bore you post that don't sound like I'm bragging? Not sure but I will try.

If you would have told this simple NC boy a couple years ago that Char-Broil would have been so kind to me to add me in their latest cookbook America Grills a couple years ago I would have been stunned. But, the LORD has blessed me with so much more.

Nowdays finds yer buddy Mike working a day job as an Electrician but working with NASCAR Sponsors in NASCAR which I have come to love and be loved in. I'm still the Pit Boss for the National Tailgating League, Catering for my buddies at SPEED TV and most recently working with the great folks of BUBBA Burger! Great friends and folks and I am honored to work such an awesome group.

I'm a big mouth as you all know and I guess that is what companies like and it sure has helped not just move me forward but move people. Not sure if I found my spot but I am finding it.

I must admit I have not cooked for as many folks as I have in the past and things are evolving with me and for that I am sorry I have not taken more time with yall.

The Lord is opening up doors for me and I am sticking my plastic foot in so it's don't get closed and working my way in. Truely blessed how NASCAR is inviting me in.

Take a peek at my blog and if you want a laugh there are a couple videos of me as a rocker in 1993 that might make you laugh too on my Youtube page. http://www.youtube.com/user/NTLPitmasterMike

I've been lurking so thanks for baring with me as I learn and evolve.

Cook on!!!!
peace
just mike
I'm not a celebrity Pit Boss but I play one in NASCAR.

Mike,  It's good to hear from you.  It's been awhile and your expertise has been missed.  Dee
