My name is Brad I have a Texas that I am getting used to.  I have had it for 6 months. I use it a lot love pork & chicken. Right now I am smoking a nice piece of belly that I cured for 7 days. Put it on a hour ago. The weather here is nice 70 with the sun out. I love smoking ( no good BBQ) around. So I figured I will do it my self.
