Newbie pellet smoker from Canada
« Reply #-1 on: February 11, 2014, 11:15:17 PM »
Hello everyone in BBQ land.
I reside in the Fraser Valley in British Columbia, Canada.
I enjoy my time (when I'm not a work) on the river fishing and of course smoking/ grilling / outdoor cooking.
Fairly new to the whole pellet method of cooking, I picked up in December a Traeger Lil Tex Elite and have already done an overnight smoke (pork butt), a few racks of ribs and some ABT all with great results.  8)
I have OBS with a Auber Pid that I have been using for quite a few years and have done just about everything one can imagine with it.
As well I have a Big Easy for the chicken, having a hard time finding something that can cook chicken better. :)
My gas grill looks very lonely these days.  :(

This is a great forums and a lot of knowledgeable people here, thanks for all the tips and tricks I'm learning.
