Greeting from warm and sunny Florida
« Reply #-1 on: February 17, 2014, 07:31:00 PM »
Just got approved so I'm posting my intro.
Former Minnesotan now a Floridian. Sold my grill and smoker when we moved. In the market for a new grill.
Been looking at an IR. Never had one and from what I've read, people who do cook on them love them.
So I've been reading the posts here and another forum (C.B.) to decide what I want.

I have been cooking on a LITTLE Quisinart that's going back in the RV!

Cook on.
Bacon? Did somebody say Bacon?
Broil King Baron
Weber Smoky Joe
Cuisinart portable gasser.

WELCOME!

You have arrived at the one forum on the 'net that i not owned by a grill manufacturer, or is beholden to a particular type/kind of cooker. We love 'em all! And, please explore the various site sponsors forums. Ask questions. Research the different thread sections.
And - post your questions. The fun of this place is the exchange of ideas, and the feeling that we have a community of genuine outdoor cooks - that want to help one another.
