Hello From Texas
« Reply #-1 on: February 26, 2014, 10:40:44 AM »
Found you guy's by accident and glad that I did! Seems like a really good place to hang out at on a cold rainy day. I do all my Q'n on an offset wood smoker just like my dad did, but I've had this idea for many year's in the back of my mind about building an open gas grill for grilling steaks and fish and the likes. Most of my spare time is consumed with fishing and hunting and now my new passion of bow hunting. Hopefully in the near future, I'll rob some of that spare time and bring my open grill idea in to reality and share it with y'all (or should I say it "You All" for our friends up North) through a building progress thread. Anyways, enough of that. This site seems to be a place that you can learn something new just about anytime you log on and I have absolutely no problem with learning.
