Congrats on your choice of smokers! You will find that it more than meets your expectations. At least it
did with mine. The new controller is real close to the one that is on the Memphis and a few others. I know
that one of the Memphis owners gave me his settings and I found they were the same on my controller.

You all may have thought I fell off the face of the earth after getting all the great feedback.  The reality is that I am still waiting for the grill to ship.  I have bookmarked a few recipes to try out when I get it.  I will be posting pics of the grill on the deck and of some initial cooks (pending personal approval of how they turn out of course LOL). 

On a side note, this site is great!  What a great group of people - funny, friendly, and informative!!!
