Ground beef in my area is the same price as the whole ribeye, so I save the best slices for steak, and use what I call more the end pieces for ground beef. If you can get it for that price, then it is well worth at least a try - the burgers are definitely memorable
If I could get that kind of pricing I would do it for sure. I like to mix Chuck, sirloin and brisket to grind for some really awesome tasting burgers when I can get them all at a good price.
