Did you really cook that thing Turtle? I'd give it a try, has to be good with bacon! I tried gator when I was in New Orleans and liked it. Don

I can't get them in Hawaii but would have loved to have done that cook as revenge for some of my fresh water kin.

Tim called me the other day while I was driving to PA to see my 90 year old aunt who had fallen and broken her hip.  He told me about the bacon wrapped gator eating a chicken.  I had a good visual of the picture.  WOW!!  That is cool.  I am supposed to be getting 5 pounds of gator tail from a shooting friend sometime soon.  I am planning on making some gator sausage.  Details later.
