I have always picked these up and then put them back becuase I was not sure what to do with them.  I grill a lot of flank steak but I am not sure what to do with a tri tip - how do you prepare those?

Pappy it does not seem like that long ago when we could get Flank for $3.99 a pound - then everyone figured out how good it is and the prices jumped - even before the drought and feed issue in the South.

I been good and bad for like 3 weeks now. Doc she said its some sort of sinus infection.

Nice score Rick! I know how the allergy/sinus infection thing feels. Was down with it about a month ago and took almost
3 weeks to get back to "normal"....  8)

I still have a congestive cough but on the mend. I had the sinus thing too. Major head congestion. Could not clear my ears of pressure with altitude changes. It sucked. I missed two days of work and I rarely call in.
