Not sure yet... might do a flank steak (crying tiger beef) with some roasted sweet corn.

B T W, Sir, I received my inaugural issue of "Barbecue America" and I have read it cover to cover - Deb enjoyed it, too. 

I found the article, "Charcoal Duel" to be very interesting...what do ya know, I got it right!!!

I particularly appreciate the "Beef cuts & recommended cooking methods"...very helpful for one like me.

Great Magazine with eye-poppin' graphics and well-written articles.  I'm already lookin' forward to the next one.
