Welcome from Southern California!
What he said.Hope you are a big poster,we have a lot of diet/nutrition stuff going on here.Lots to learn and dont fear cholesterol or fat.Just dont over-indulge,stay far from trans fat,and liquid vegetable oils like canola, bad stuff!Eat your butter, not that margarine trash.BAD!Dont eat processed foods with ingredients you cant pronounce,or processed foods in general when you can avoid them, they are bad bad bad!!NO FRUCTOSE!Bad dog, bad! :o ???

No fear, meat is GOOD for you seriously, and so is the fat, just dont eat 4000 calories a day of it unless you are a lumberjack or John Henry working on the railroad.

Ask the Paleo's here, they know the truth about meat and obesity.

If you eat a lot of carbs, you better be an athlete to handle them.If you are sedentary, watch your carbs.

The diet dictocrats are seriously full of bad science, agendas and corruption we swallow like gospel,it isnt.

Start reading and learn from those who ARENT in the pockets of big business. And find out dietary cholesterol wont kill you unless you have genetic hypercholestremia and cant handle cholesterol like the average person. The people who live longest have total cholesterols of 162 to 231 approximately, fact, outside those ranges death rates climb, bet your Dr doesnt even know that, those are FACTS from death records.

Are you on a statin,if so make sure you get co-enzyme Q10,it depletes that level and its an essential vitamin.Look it up,the literature is overwhelming on the topic.

Now hows THAT for a greeting,LOL!

WELCOME!Live long and prosper. ;D

Feel free to share my pictorials anywhere you like.Could mention from Spuds if you remember.
