Wings and Chops
« Reply #-1 on: June 16, 2014, 07:07:23 PM »
The drumettes were seasoned with Chicken Savor and the bacon was coated with Super Pig. The pork chops were marinated
in Tony Chachere’s Roasted Garlic and Herb for 2 days as things came up and we couldn’t cook them on Saturday.  I seasoned
them with BBQ Savor.

Put the wings on first, using KBB and a couple of chunks of orange wood on the Performer.

Wings are almost done so I put the chops on direct.

Wings and chops are done!

Plated with some left over grilled corn on the cob.

Chops were real tasty and the pork picked up the orange wood smoke real well.  The wings were the best part of our dinner. Very
flavorful and delicious with a light fruity smoke from the orange wood.  I will be doing a lot more of these wings.

Hey Mike,
After showing Deb the pics, she said our next batch of wings WILL be bacon-wrapped.

They look mighty good from here.
