New to the forum and new to Char-Broil SRG infrared cooking

Hi, I am Lisa and my husband is Mike. We are here for tips, hints and tricks to the SRG. I have never been successful at grilling anything:) lol Mike does great though. I am hoping I can master this new (to me) way to grill. Thanks!

Welcome from mid Alabama. I don't own an SRG but I am on my second original TBE. They are both good cookers.

Looks like my next experience is going to be an SRG so I'll be learning too.

I can say this,doesnt matter what you want to learn,there are great cooks in aspects of food here.And nice folks too.

Might even learn about avenues to pursue you never even thought off,thats whats happening to me.Sausage,PBC,sous vide,just so much here.Gone from total newbie all the way to newbie,LOL! ::)
