Looks like a great trip. I would love to visit that battle field and the trip to New Belgium would be cool. Looking at your pictures, I had to crack open a Fat Tire at 8:12 in the morning. Beer for breakfast, not bad.

Took the cog rail line to Pike's Peak

The cog train was an interesting ride


It was really cold at the top - snow was still present!


Colorado Springs off in the distance - was hot there, about 90 degrees


Top of the world - dang, it was cold up there because of the high winds


Finally, back home to enjoy a glass of red and tapas
