Today I bought a pre-rubbed tenderloin and cooked it in the grill infuser. It was rubbed in (and I'm typing it as it was on the label) "Toi dk pk loin". Elsewhere on the label it said it was a Caribbean rub. I cooked it in the grill infuser with cherry pellets for a hint of smoke. Served with green bean casserole, home grown cucumbers and tomatoes with dill, and some kiwi fruit. It was good, not the best, but it had a quite different taste. I think it would have been better if I had not used the pellets.
