Title: TBE Pork Loin
Post by: Ron D on March 09, 2012, 07:46:17 PM
Got a good deal on Pork Loin from Sams, cut them up into 2 cuts...one for dinner and the other for work meals. Dusted them with Phil's Original seasoning. Cooked them with the lid on the entire cook.

Getting ready to go

Good eats if I do say so.
