Mrs. LVC took the PBC chicken I cooked yesterday into work today and shared with some of her staff, it was a hit she said. :D
Now the request for more PBC chicken is starting to come in, looks like I might be busy with my new PBC. :o
I think this is her plan to get me to come out of retirement and go back to work. ::)

That's what it looks like is going to happen, she came home from work today and wanted to know if I had any info on the PBC. The people that she shared the PBC chicken with wanted to know what kind of cooker I did this in. So I photocopied the brochure that came with my PBC and she is taking it to work tomorrow to give them.
