Today was a crummy day out but I was in the mood for some grilled chicken. I dry brined some breasts that I sliced thin. I made up a BIG pan of succotash, my daughter had never had it. She liked it
I bought a fresh pineapple, cored it and sliced it and sent my Valentine down to the grill to cook the chix and pineapple. I also made up a batch of Jack Daniels sauce (TGI Friday's) to baste my pieces. I made some buttered rice and called it a day!
It was a good meal I'd say. I hope you all had a Happy Valentine's Day!
