Day Three of the busy four day weekend is over
« Reply #-1 on: September 06, 2014, 09:18:03 PM »
Well day three is now in the book as completed and just have one more day to go.   :)

This was Kimmie's  cuz's 50th birthday party which I cooked pulled pork and my (now getting famous) pork and beans
There was about 35 people total so not to large of a crowd but it was still busy right to the end of cooking

As you can see on the food table there was chips, pulled pork, beans and potato salad
Lots of good food and yes beer! :)

If you like beer this was the place to be.  There were three coolers like the one you see here plum full of beer :) and other drinks
After the food was served up and pictures taken I had to leave :(  due to the wedding of my Son on Sunday ;)

BUT, just thought y'all like to see what real red necks do when they don't have a cold plate.  Look real close at the Crock Pot full of potato salad, that's not steam moister on the sides.  They filled it with ice and set the bowl down in to the Crock Pot.  Good thing I was there they had it plugged in  ??? ??? ???
