I got extra racks that act as leg holders/hangers . And some rib hooks. To be honest, I have never used the hooks.

Sparky , I mainly cook on charcoal , but a gas cooker has its place!
The SRG is a good small gas grill, will cook enough for 3-4 people. I use it more in the winter or when weather is bad. You can add a fair smoke flavor while grilling.
The SRG is at best a fair smoker, you have much better.
The SRG is very good for smoke, roasting things like a leg or lamb.
The SRG is the GOLD STANDARD  for cooking poultry. It'll cook a chicken that's so good you'd rather have than steak.

Yup, very good poultry cooker indeed. I put those frozen glazed wings or legs in the Traeger on smoke. When they thaw out a bit I season and cook till about 150 and into my Big Easy.
Don't be surprised to see some internal temps get higher than you are used to getting the perfect golden brown crispy skin. The infrared seems to maintain more moisture.

There are some "off - the - books " things you will want to know/do in getting it ready to use...Tommy (TMB) is kind of Dr. SRG... you might want to PM him, or get him to post a "First TIme Use"  for the SRG....

Sparky get a paper towel and soak it with veggie oil. Then wipe both the inside and outside of the chamber down with a light coat of the oil. Set it back in the cooker and fire it up on high and let it run till it stops smoking. Do this every couple of uses until the walls get good and dark. It will help with the IR transfer and make your cooker hotter and faster
